FSU – Sigma Phi Epsilon’s Balanced Man Scholarship for males

Sigma Phi Epsilon’s Balanced Man Scholarship for males who will be attending FSU this fall.

Every year at Florida State University the Fraternity of Sigma Phi Epsilon offers three $1000 Scholarships to incoming Freshman males. The purpose of our scholarships are to reward those who portray the ideals of a Sound Mind and Sound Body life style. The Ancient Greeks believed in developing a Sound Mind and a Sound Body as the way to live a fulfilling life. SigEp adopted this philosophy with the Balanced Man Ideal and since 1990 has awarded the Balanced Man Scholarship to some of the best students coming to campus.

The Balanced Man Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who exhibit academic excellence, demonstrate leadership skills, and commit to health and well-being. Membership in the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity is not a requirement.

Link to the application is http://fsusigep.com  This is an online application.  If students need access to a computer and help with their applications they can come to Guidance and use the Career Lab.  Mrs. Pezz is available for assistance most days.
